OUR TOURS

Our tours are managed and organized by ourselves and normally we do not mix customers coming from different hotels: it's our aim to give you the best service we can and to accomplish this goal we do not work with groups or share participants coming from different parts of Rome. We chose to be private tour guides because the history of Rome requires a lot of attention and rushing ( like groups normally do ) is the worst thing that can happen when visiting the treasures of the Eternal City.

OUR SERVICES

Our service is personalized and genuine and normally starts meeting the customers at their hotel in Rome. Sometimes, due to the high season or because your hotel is too far from the city center, we use to meet customers directly at the monuments of Rome.

RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENT

During the high season period and highly trafficated months we'll ask you to submit a non refundable deposit through paypal to honor your reservation. The balance will be due directly in cash euro at the end of the tours. We do not accept payments through credit cards once in Rome as we do not take credit cards to guarantee the reservation of our tours in Rome.

ITINERARY CHANGEMENTS

Romanguide.com constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries.

BOOKING ARRANGEMENTS

The person initializing or modifying the booking shall be deemed to have accepted the privacy policy of this website.
